* Wound debridement
* Right knee arthrodesis with nail plate and cement spacer
* Soft tissue reconstruction using bipedicled crural flap and dressing support (NPWT)
The estimated cost for this surgery and postoperative care is approximately Rs.6,00,000 (Rupees Six Lakhs), which includes hospital stay, surgical charges, medications, implants, and intensive wound management.
