Mr.Mani was diagnosed with Systemic HTN, Type II DM, Dysilipedimia, and Hernia. He was hospitalized several times and needs prolonged treatment. Beena's husband died a few years back. She has two children; they are 11th-grade and 9th-grade students. Beena is a helper in other homes to find partial income to treat her father-in-law and bring her children up. Their family lives in a house they rent for INR 7000 per month and is currently struggling to find finance for their monthly payments. They don't have any other sustained income. Mrs.Beena requests us to provide her with some financial help for her father-in-law's treatment and to take care of her children. I have submitted medical reports and other required documents.
