Jisna has recently been diagnosed with hiatus hernia, and her doctors have strongly recommended immediate surgery. Jisna's family is poor, living in a rental home with her husband, 3 children, and elderly mother. One of their children has been diagnosed with Down syndrome and requires specialized education and care in a special school. Her elderly mother has to undergo dialysis alternate days. Given their extremely poor financial condition, they can't afford the necessary medical expenses for Jisna's surgery. Any help to Jisna will be greatly appreciated.
